χ Chi is being designed as the governance token of Closure L1 — a voice over consensus parameters as the network decentralizes, with a Wyoming DAO as the stewardship forum. It is not equity, carries no claim on any operating company's revenue, and participation is still being structured. Nothing here is an offer or investment advice.

Equity
Each major product line lives in its own operating company. We raise through SAFEs to align capital with a specific line of business; we do not sell equity in the holding company. When Closure L1 launches and regulators permit, eligible positions become tradable digital assets on Closure Market alongside every other instrument the substrate carries. Mechanics are not final.
